Internship

The team of Innovative Studies Institute and Faculty of Low visited the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, as VMU and UOC collaboratively organized the symposium on Learning Analytics in higer education.

Team had an opportunity to meet and discuss with Jordi Conesa, Julià Minguillón, Antoni Pérez-Navarro, Jeff Merriman, Xavier Baró Solé and other researcher working in the field of Learning Analytics. There was interesting presentations and productive discussion sessions held, covering topics of:

  • Learning Analytics experiences at the UOC;
  • Using learning analytics to support applied research and innovation in higher education;
  • Data “km.0”;
  • Startup “DXtera institute”;
  • TeSLA Project: towards a trusted e-Assessment framework.

VMU team presented universities’ experience integrating Learning Analytics.
